Mr. Allan Davies (OAM)

Mr. Davies has over 40 years’ experience in the Australian and international coal and metalliferous mining industries and has worked in operational roles up to executive director.

From 2000 – 2006, Mr. Davies also worked for Patrick Corporation Limited as Director – Operations. This position included responsibility for Patrick’s interest in Pacific National, Patrick Shipping, Patrick General Stevedoring and Patrick Autocare.

Mr. Davies was a Director of Pacific National from 2001, when it was acquired by Toll and Patrick, until 2006. Mr. Davies was also a Director of Queensland Rail and the former QR National (predecessor to Aurizon) from 1 October 2008 – 2011.

Mr. Davies became a Director of Qube in 2011 and, with the resignation of Mr. Corrigan, was appointed as Chairman in 2017. Mr. Davies is a Non-Executive Director of Patrick.

On 12 June 2023, Mr. Davies was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to the community through charitable organisations.

Mr. Sam Kaplan

Mr Kaplan is Managing Director of Kaplan Funds Management Pty Limited, the investment manager of Qube from its establishment in 2006 until the Qube restructure in September 2011.

Mr Kaplan was one of the founders of Patrick Corporation Limited and was involved in strategic planning with the company. During his tenure at Patrick Corporation Limited, Mr Kaplan was involved in a number of acquisitions including Pacific National and Virgin Blue.

Mr Kaplan was appointed a Director of Qube on 23 March 2011.

Mr. Paul Digney

Mr. Digney has over 30 years’ executive management experience in supply chain and port logistics roles across Australia.

During the 1990s, Mr. Digney established Liberty Cargo Systems and provided port logistics and international freight forwarding services. Patrick Corporation Limited acquired the company in 1999 and it became the platform for the Patrick Port Services Division. As General Manager, Mr. Digney rapidly expanded the new division through growth and acquisitions which became Patrick Logistics Division. Mr. Digney headed this division until 2006 when Toll acquired Patrick Corporation.

In 2007, together with other former Patrick executives, Mr. Digney led an investment consortium to acquire management control and ownership of the former P&O Trans Australia, now Qube Logistics & Infrastructure.

Mr. Digney held the position of Managing Director of Qube Logistics from 2007 – 2016.

Mr. Digney was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Qube Group in 2016 and to Managing Director on 1 July 2021.

Mr. Digney is also a Non-Executive Director of Patrick Terminals.

Mr. Alan Miles

Mr. Miles is Managing Director of “K” Line (Australia) Pty Limited. He has more than 40 years of experience in the Australian shipping industry, including management roles with Bulk, Liner and PCC Shipping.

Mr. Miles is also Chairman of Prixcar Services Pty Limited, a Director of Kawasaki Australia and other Kawasaki-affiliated companies in Australia, and a Member of the Policy Council of Shipping Australia.

He was appointed as a Director of Qube in 2013.

Mr. Stephen Mann

Mr Mann has over 25 years of senior executive experience across multiple geographies and different industries including transport & logistics, rail, aviation, infrastructure, manufacturing and resources with particular expertise in strategy, transformation, M&A and business development.

He has held senior executive roles across a wide range of organisations including Aurizon, TNT, Qantas, BlueScope Steel and Western Sydney Airport.  He is currently Deputy Chair of Australia Post and chairs the People Committee. He was previously a non-executive director with AWE Ltd and Novus Petroleum Ltd. He is also an executive mentor with Stephenson Mansell Group. Mr Mann began his career as an engineer in the oil industry in Norway.

Mr Mann was appointed as a Director of Qube on 1 September 2019.

Ms. Jackie McArthur

Ms McArthur has more than 20 years’ experience at executive and board level roles in general management and strategy, supply chain and logistics, operations, food and packaging manufacturing, emerging brand issues and crisis management, corporate social responsibility, governance, engineering and information technology.

Ms McArthur has held various senior executive positions including Managing Director of Martin-Brower ANZ, a global leading distributor and supply chain services provider. She has also held various senior executive positions with McDonalds, both in Australia and overseas, including Vice President of Supply Chain for Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

Ms McArthur is a Non-Executive Director of Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd and Kelsian Group Limited. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Inghams Group Ltd, Tassal Group Ltd, Blackmores Ltd and Invocare Ltd.  Ms McArthur is a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms McArthur was the 2016 Telstra NSW Businesswoman of the Year and overall, 2016 Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards – Corporate and Private National Winner.

Ms McArthur was appointed as a Director of Qube on 17 August 2020.

Mr. Lindsay Ward

Mr. Ward has more than 35 years’ experience in the ports, logistics, rail haulage, renewables, agriculture, resources and data centre industries, in both senior executive and non-executive director roles. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Port of Portland and was previously a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Whitehaven Coal, ASX listed Metro Mining, Quantum Bulk Liquid Storage, Global Renewables and Waterloo Wind Farm.

He has worked in senior executive roles including CEO, Managing Director and General Manager with companies including Palisade Investment Partners, Asciano, Toll Holdings and BHP.

Mr. Ward holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Ward was appointed as a Director of Qube on 4 October 2022.

Ms. Jill Hoffmann

Ms. Hoffmann has more than 30 years’ experience in the energy sector and across a broad range of roles including shipping, operations, supply chain, renewables, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, environment and heritage, marketing and trading.

She has worked in senior executive roles at Woodside Energy and internationally and is currently a non-executive director at Strike Energy. She is a former Chair of Fremantle Ports, where she was also Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Ms. Hoffmann holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College, England and a Bachelor of Business, from Massey University, New Zealand. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms. Hoffmann was appointed as a Director of Qube on 15 December 2023.

Mr. James Fazzino

Mr. Fazzino has had an extensive executive career in agribusiness, mining, manufacturing and chemical industries working in senior roles across a diverse range of organisations.  In particular, Mr. Fazzino was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at industrial chemicals manufacturer Incitec Pivot Limited where he led the successful globalisation of the business including the construction of two large chemical plants in Australia and the United States.

Mr. Fazzino is a non-executive director of energy infrastructure business APA Group and Chair of its Sustainability Committee.  He is also a non-executive director and Chair of Rabobank Australia Limited, Chair of Manufacturing Australia and a former Chair of Tassal Limited.

Mr. Fazzino graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons).  He is a Vice-Chancellor’s Fellow of La Trobe University, a fellow of CPA Australia and co-convenor of three Champions of Change Coalition groups.

Mr. Fazzino was appointed as a Director of Qube on 22 February 2024.

Mr. Mark Wratten

Mr. Wratten has proven strategic capabilities in driving business transformation in complex industries and delivering positive outcomes incorporating improved processes and technologies for industry-leading multinational companies. He is also highly experienced in leading ASX businesses through the processes of business demergers, scheme of arrangements, divestments, acquisitions and capital raising.

Mr. Wratten holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Edith Cowan University.

Mr. Wratten commenced the role of CFO of Qube from 2 May 2022.

Mr. John Digney

Prior to joining Qube, Mr. Digney was the National Operations Manager at Patrick Corporation.

Mr. Todd Emmert

Mr. Emmert has more than 20 years’ experience as a supply chain and logistics specialist.

He has worked across all aspects of the supply chain, including overseas postings with international shipping line AP Moller, and Australian port and stevedoring roles with Patrick Corporation Limited, Northern Stevedoring Services and the Gladstone Port Authority.

Prior to his current appointment to Director – Bulk, Mr. Emmert also spent time working in rail with Pacific National.

Mr. Michael Sousa

Ms. Emily Link

Ms. Link is an accomplished human resource executive with over 15 years’ experience in various corporate human resources roles within the supply chain sector.

Ms. Link joined Qube (as P&O Trans Australia) in 2005 and has worked across the general human resource function with a specialist focus on industrial relations, employee engagement, dispute resolution and change management. Ms. Link has championed policy on diversity and inclusion across the Qube workforce.  In 2016 Ms Link was appointed General Manager – Human Resources for the Qube Group.

Prior to joining the Qube organisation, Ms. Link held a number of generalist human resource roles.

She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from RMIT University (Melbourne).

Mr. Paul Lewis

Mr. Lewis has been involved with Qube since its establishment in 2007.

Since joining Qube, Mr. Lewis has been extensively involved in Qube’s initial public offering, led multiple merger and acquisition transactions, managed debt and equity structuring and raisings, and also managed a number of corporate restructures. Mr. Lewis held the role of Chief Financial Officer until 1 May 2022. Mr. Lewis is now responsible for providing general corporate support and Qube’s investor relations activities.

Prior to joining Qube, Mr. Lewis worked at Patrick Corporation Limited where he was responsible for commercial analysis for major investments, new acquisitions and was also an Alternate Director for the former Virgin Blue, now Virgin Australia. Prior to joining Patrick, Mr. Lewis worked for several other ASX listed companies including ecorp Limited and Macquarie Bank where he was extensively involved in a range of project finance transactions, investments, joint ventures and acquisitions.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

Ms. Belinda Flynn

Ms. Flynn has over 20 years of health, safety and sustainability experience in the rail, construction and logistics sectors.

She is an experienced manager with an extensive knowledge of rail, logistics and port operations, skills she developed in senior roles at United Group, Rail Corp and Pacific National.

Upon joining Qube in 2007, Ms. Flynn took responsibility for developing and maintaining Qube’s Health, Safety and Sustainability governance framework and programmes.

Mr. Antony Perkins

Mr. Perkins is an experienced logistics executive with over 38 years’ experience in supply chain management. He holds a wealth of experience having worked in the shipping, stevedoring, transport, logistics and rail industries.

Mr. Perkins has been involved with the Qube organisation since its inception. Mr. Perkins held the position of Director of Business Development, Qube Ports and Bulk, from 2007 to 2016 and was involved in the introduction of the innovative Rotabox technology and the establishment of the Utah Point operations. Prior to this role he held senior roles at Pacific National, Patrick Corporation, TNT and Perkins Shipping.

Mr. Perkins was appointed CEO of AAT (Australian Amalgamated Terminals) in October 2016.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and a Master’s degree from the London Business School.
