Scheme Meeting.
A General Scheme Meeting in relation to the proposal by a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management to acquire 100% of the shares in Qube by way of scheme of arrangement will be held as a hybrid meeting in person on June 16 2026.
All Qube Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the proposal by attending and voting in person, voting virtually via the online meeting platform, voting directly prior to the Scheme Meetings, or voting by proxy. Details on how to vote are included in the Notices of Meeting contained in the Scheme Booklet.
